Zuko is the newly crowned FireLord, head of the Fire Nation. This by itself has made him many enemies, both those who despise what the Fire Nation has done to the world and those who disagree with his choice to end the war. Luckily his time with the Avatar has made Zuko a few friends, something Zuko is in dire need of. However, between the busyness of his duties and his shy, awkward personal nature, he really isn't very good at making new friends. For this same reason his romantic life is pretty dead as well, but Zuko is currently not in the market for lovers as his experience with Mai taught him that currently he does not have enough time to properly pursue a woman. |

Well Jin can certainly said she never expected her date to end up being the Fire Lord and it does explain why he ran away from her so she can forgive him but if he ever gets the chance she is still holding onto her coupon and might use it to get tea with the Fire Lord.
She just opened up a tea house in Republic City that serves pastries and tea from all over the place and from different nations. If Zuko's ever around and decides to buy a blend for his uncle I can see them running into each other. She's still exactly the same as she was when they last encountered; Cheerful, sweet, outspoken, a lover of tea and cute boys. I'm not too sure how he's react to her but I'd love to see it. Anyway if you have any ideas let me know.

I don't know how much running around Zuko does now, as Fire Lord. But he might be convinced to go out by friends, such as Aang, Toph, or Katara. If so, you can bet they might stop by Jinn's new shop, which I'm sure will lead to plenty of hemming and hawing on Zuko's part xD and lots of explaining to do to the accompanying friend as well. And though the coupon is probably only good for use at Iroh's Tea Shop in BBS, Zuko does still sorta owe her an apology for not being honest with her and for disappearing like that.

Obviously he is very busy but I could see his friends dragging him along.  That could be super fun. She had a feeling holding onto her coupon would do something for her one day. I know she won't holds anything againsthim and accept his reason for running off. If you ever want to thread let me know.
